Mental Performance Coaching

Personal coaching sessions are available to rapidly bring about the positive mental changes you wish to experience in your golf. Positive change is usually noticeable straight away and most golf players report a significant improvement in performance within weeks. Consultations can be over the phone or in person. Both work equally effectively.

At the outset, I will ask you to become certain about what you want to achieve. What I am asking you to do is to identify the level of success you aiming for and where exactly you want this in your game.

Building an indestructible attitude of self-belief is the outcome. Your opinion of yourself will be made solid and built on firm foundations, because without it you will tend to down scale your ambition and settle for second best if the going gets tough!

We will access and eliminate ALL self doubt, worry, lack of motivation or any other emotion that is holding you up. This relatively straight forward process is accomplished on sessions 1 and 2. Realisations that transform your performance will be experienced at the end of session 1.

Your mind only has a certain amount of space so filling it with unproductive thoughts about what is wrong with your golf is wasting that precious space. To succeed, it must be full to the brim with positive expectations of certainty about your ability to play calmly and confidently in any conditions. Once all self doubt has been eliminated, a consistent, positive mental attitude is installed and techniques for exceptional control of your mind are taught. NLP can even be used to view distractions as a bonus and an aid to concentration.

You will learn how to programme your mind with the best possible techniques at your disposal. You will rapidly understand how your mind works and how you can get the best from it, how it controls your body, and how you can constantly reach and maintain peak performance before, during and at the end of a game. You will overcome any nerves to conserve vital energy to consistently produce your best. Mental rehearsal is perfected so that you sleep well, feel rested and are in complete control before any event.

You will also be advised about natural super brain foods and a simple way of using them to increase physical power and mental concentration.

These sessions are very powerful and a committed attitude is essential. A minimum number of 5 sessions is advisable to ensure excellent results.
